Registration opens:
March 7th - Members in good standing
March 14th - Alumni
Registration closes:
March 22nd, 8 pm - or when capacity is reached.
There will be no new registrations after the deadline or once the event is sold out. If the event sells out, you may add your name to a waiting list.
Cancellation deadline:
If you need to cancel, it must be by March 22, 8 pm. If you make a reservation and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.
Reservations are non-refundable after the published cancellation date.
Non-Members may not cancel their registration.
If you are unable to attend, and it is after the deadline, you may send a substitute Member (or guests if accompanied by a Member), however please contact reservations@northcountynewcomers.org first, to let them and our Hospitality team know who to expect at the door.
Payment:
Payment is now required to be ONLINE ONLY via the NCNC website by credit card using our secure online payment system. Checks will not be accepted nor payment at the door.
